Members of our Veggie Club rent to buy our low cost fertile plots from just £125 per month by way of an annual permit paid by standing order. The permit grants them permission to use our own agricultural or arable land to grow organic produce for themselves and to feed their communities with any surplus using wind & solar where possible to provide power.and purchasing a plot is totally optional.

All plots are near a water source near a road and shops so all very convenient..Renting to own or buy a small agricultural plot for crop growing is very rewarding and satisfying not to mention the health benefits you get free plus camping too!

Freehold plots are also available to own outright if wanted.

It's a wonderful initiative that just works! Members who join establish their plot once allocated by cultivating it themselves using the concept of aquaponics hydroponics or as a traditional allotment and are given full support so why not get involved and get your own?

We are an environmentally conscious bunch, dedicated to providing high-quality, nutrient-rich fruits and vegetables to our members/customers and are busy building a network of like minded individual plot holders keen to grow better together and we are always need volunteers.

Our land is located across the English countryside, where we cultivate the land for future generations. We all have a deep understanding and respect for nature, and adhere to using sustainable and organic farming practices

All members agree to share produce ideas and tools as necessary in order to create a viable and a long lasting sustainable operation and meet regularly on site.

All plots are purchased 'off plan' as uncultivated natural grassland or pasture unless otherwise stated and may require digging,.Plots are marked out following a sale and surveying is included with each corner of the main plot marked so easy to find note not all plots qualify for a shed.

An annual permit to grow produce on a plot of land of minimum 25m2 or more (2 rods) will help you establish your own patch and permits can be renewed if wanted on expiry.There is a choice of locations see the growing list below:

The deed to a plot is processed upon final payment clearing. Buyers get a pdf certificate declaring their interest and a map etc to find out more and to reserve your plot get in touch.
